Mothers Fellowship of St. James

 

We are a group of mothers who meet weekly in fellowship to support each other, our parish and community. As mothers and spiritual leaders of our family, we gather together to share ideas and support each other.

 

Our group gathers each Wednesday at 9:45 am. Our meetings are from 10:00 to 11:30 am in the west wing meeting room. Our children are lovingly supervised in a room next to the mothers.
     

The Mothers Fellowship of St. James gives Moms:

  • Weekly Wednesday meeting with childcare provided
  • One Wednesday each month of Bible study
  • Friendship and support
  • A forum for sharing ideas
  • Guidance - spiritual and emotional
  • Prayer Chain
  • Weekly prayer requests and praise reports
     

The Mothers Fellowship of St. James gives Children:

  • A supervised place to go weekly
  • Friendship
  • Religion
  • Help children develop social skills
  • Music and Crafts
  • Loving care from our nursery workers
  

     

The Mothers Fellowship of St. James supports the parish and community:

  • One major fundraiser per year - Annual Halloween Festival
  • Financial and physical support for St. Vincent de Paul Society
  • We adopt a family at Easter
  • We support and direct the summer Vacation Bible School
